according to the previews. LASK are the only credible opponent in his group and will expect to come out of group with us. this game is already the decider for top spot. a good win here and we blaze through the group it seems.
I know nothing about them. They could be dark horses and surprise everyone - I'd rather we weren't the ones to cop the surprise. We need to play a strong enough side, rotate two or three but not throw in a load of fringe players.
thats what I said but we will see. Theres 5 more games where we should be rotating and winning. All 3 home games we should be roated and have a good home crowd to help the players. That 9 points. theres then another 6 from games way that we should be winning when rotated. Lets get this group dusted this week. 5-0 hammering and away we go.
Liverpool squad for LASK: Alisson, Gomez, Endo, Van Dijk, Konate, Diaz, Szoboszlai, Nunez, Mac Allister, Salah, Jones, Gakpo, Elliott, Jota, Tsimikas, Robertson, Matip, Gravenberch, Bajcetic, Doak, Jaros, Kelleher, Quansah. no b listers there. we won't be seeing any young kids appear late on that's for sure.
no TAA so no risking him which is good. Bajcetic doak Quansah are all young kids that may get game time.
I didn't even look for trent, you are right. I'm thinking McConnell and scanlon really. Neither travel. It's a nice mix of aging stars, mid 20s, young players now.
match day biatchs. hoping for a nice cake walk and fans have a safe and enjoyable away trip. it's early enough the players can get in home relatively decent hour tonight and get home to their own beds if we have the flights right.
Can't watch so... hoping we win a nice boring game where nothing happens except us winning. Boring games mean no injuries and no cards and no one getting tired.
Nah, if we win by 8 goals we're trying too hard and not saving ourselves for the league. 3 goals is a good margin.
