When all is said and done if you do not have a shot on target you are not going to win games (unless you get a deflection off someone standing wide of the posts). Alsopp got us a point. Morton has to start, his vision is head and shoulders above anyone else.

I'd have taken a point. Onwards.!
Tufan is clearly being regarded as a striker this year. I agree I'd have kept Oscar too, but whoever the strikers are, the bloke playing as one created the chance so it'd still probably have fallen to a midfielder.

Stoke, Plymouth and Ipswich as our next 3 could very easily be 9 points. We've come through a sticky run of fixtures and now have a chance to put some points on the board, so to be starting from 6th is a great position to be in.

One of my biggest tit-getter-onners is having a "designated throw in taker."

Literally any **** can throw a ball into play, there was zero need at the end for Jacob Greaves to trot across and for our player to stand there waiting. It eats up so much time.

To be fair I thought he went about putting it right straight away, some lovely balls through traffic to feed Greaves down the left.

Connolly's a few games ago was just as bad, I wouldn't worry about it.

He did, his head didn't drop and he kept going, was dropping deeper to help win the ball.

He's a very good player, Traore, to have picked him up on a free was great business.

There is zero art to throw ins, unless you're Matt Duke, in which case, always wait for absolutely anybody else.

When Tan was interviewed yesterday MW asked if he was satisfied with the start and he actually said something ,like 'we've done ok, we could just be a little braver'..

    Leeds fans taking it well.<laugh>

“Good point that against Dull and the ref, ****ing battered the cheating ****s proud of the lads battling display against 12 men, we're on the right track only bent refs can stop us now”
very frustrating game coz they never really hurt us till after the red card and the last 10 mins. 2 points lost but 1 point gained if you understand me lol. should of had that game won 1st half. stupid red card as neither were malicious then you see Hull players pull Cry back 3 times when he beat his man all were professional and damn right cheating fouls no justice but the laws of the game are feckin stupid anyway. the Lewie Coyle treatment just proves nobody has a clue whats going on 5 yards from the side of the pitch after getting up and walking yet gets stopped for lengthy treatment coz its a "head injury" yet he's standing up cmon sort it out.“

I'm convinced sometimes people lose track of which player is which. In the first half when we were looking pedestrian, Slater was the only player who was trying to surge forwards and create space when on the ball, but no one was moving for him to then pass it to.

Not sure what it is but there just doesn't seem any urgency at times. Delap probably the only other one who looks to surge forward when he has ball at feet. Philogene comes alive later in games but early on he just stands with the ball a lot too, and Twine has looked poor the last few games. Lokilo highlighted this as soon as he came on and surged forward, much more urgency and created a good chance.

They are flying, but so were Leicester when we played them.. Ipswich had to battle from 2-0 down to beat Cardiff recently, and only scraped past Wednesday 1-0.

Hope Traore comes back stronger, I think at his best, he’s one of our best players. Slightly disappointing start to this season, and a freak miss tonight, but still think he offers us loads when he’s at his best.

Adama is a number 10. That’s his position. Can turn on a six pence. LR has destroyed him playing him out wide, Twine at the moment doesn’t look an upgrade?
