I’m beginning to think he hasn’t a clue in general. No identifiable style of play in over a year now, signings have been heavily influenced by players he’s already managed or played against and on top of it all he seems very uncharismatic, doubt too many of the players are willing to smash through doors for him. He’s had it tough by walking into a ****show of a football club so was always up against it but equally he’s done little to impress from his own perspective.

But there is a total lack of leadership at the club right now, that much is clear from how they are lurching from scandal to scandal and just how comfortable current and former players are to take open shots against manager and club in the media.
