I for one need to say sorry to JWP. I thought he wasn’t playing well in the last two seasons. I now realise he was actually playing like three players to carry the rest of the team. No coincidence that results have gone off the cliff since he left.

 

Doesn't help that we replaced him with thin air.

 

Agree on Smallbone. During the Wednesday game he was looking for the ball all the time, tonight does not appear to be interested. Just got a new contract as well.

I think this is worse than Leicester. Leicester looked good for it. Ipswich must feel like they are being given charity points.

 

Aribo off for Bednarek is a must. We need someone in midfield who actually understands that they are meant to be providing support for the defenders, rather than wandering 20 yards up the pitch where the defenders have no hope in hell of threading a pass to.

 

The only positive I am seeing is that Ipswich are playing a very open game, so if we can introduce some creative players we just might get back into this.

As with most Norwich fans I want to see RM do well for you guys - this is a great job for him if only he can get it right. As it stands, I fear for him and our hopes of seeing him as our manager in years to come may never come to fruition.
