I think he looks like a good team player to me
He may not be the man who puts it in the net
He may not be the assist but he could be the one who does something in the build up that moves someone to create space
I dont know, i like him

Didn't we try it with Westerveld and Kirkland? Didn't work. Though I have absolutely no probs with Keleher playing in League Cup ties and early FA Cup rounds. I think he should play the group games in the Europa too. We're ridiculously blessed now in that department - remember Karius? :emoticon-0107-sweat

He left Chelsea for dead on at least three occasions back last month, and I can't fault him for effort at all this season.

He doesn't seem able to take on three at once like he used to, but he's become more of a team player it seems. Instead of trying to do it all himself he's getting his head up and picking out team-mates.
Maybe because he's given up on the idea of winning the golden boot, as we all know where that's going. :)

Yep, he’s loading the gun now, rather than pulling the trigger. He’s gone from Golden oldy to golden loady <whistle>

I do actually think there is something in that and it’s making him a far better team player, his weight of pass and vision is very underrated.

I think changing up keepers is just arteta talking through his arse to justify dropping ramsdale.

you dont go buying a new keeper and chasing him to not have him play. the end.

all he will do if playing both is to unsettle the back line and make raya less rusty but start unsettling ramsdale.

defences need stability. if the man behind is constantly changing then it's going to cause more problems than the rare 2 occasions he seems to think he should have made a sub. that's 2 out of what?? 150 to 200 games?

imo he should just admit he wanted to drop ramsdale and leave it at that.

Definitely. He's going for assist record now, no doubts at all. Which is why I don't see him going to Saudi, he's still far too ambitious.

I don't see Salah having a choice once the club decide to cash in

he might be just as ambitious to become a billionaire or own a club in Saudi….or whatever else takes his fancy. I think that this winter, assuming we’re in a good place, he goes. We will lose him for a few weeks for AFCON and after that, he’ll be exhausted like previously, assuming Egypt go quite deep in the competition. So for me, it’s Jan.

    the usual tried deign insults.

You can't have watched much football blah blah.

    Scouser know nothing. blah blah

This sort of arrogant entitle mentality is precisely why Utd and their fans are stuck in a massive rut. Defending **** players who sucked massive amounts of money out of their club and are not even there any more.

Heaven forfend anyone mention how big a disaster Ronaldo was!

Keep on defending the likes of the "whinger" captain or the "tit bursting" RW or the "can't track won't track" saint rashford. Long may the malaise continue.

Trouble is, the "Typical Scouse knowledge of football" can be taken both as a positive or negative comment. It's a variant depending on view point; if the reader believes scousers are knowledgeable, than the comment is a compliment. It's only a negative if they don't believe scousers to be knowledgeable (IE Diego)

Basically, it was a **** comment

No way the club sell him out from under Klopp. Plus he's under contract with us for another 2 years. Not saying he will see it out but he definitely won't be sold against his will.

Never said he'd be sold from under Klopp. Nor did I say against his will; if we accept an offer (likely considering the sums) he'll take it as we don't want him anymore and leave

Bearing in mind the absolute howlers Diego continues to make, I'd say a scouse level of knowledge would be legions above what he currently possesses. Everybody has the right to be silly on occasion but he abuses the privilege. :bandit:

Saying he won't have any choice sort of suggests it will be against his will.

I suspect he'll go in January. We might even have promised him so - it gives us some time to drum up a replacement.
