We're looking a tad sloppy after a bright start.

 

Japan looking the more likely to score at the moment.... England look very sluggish...

 

We're getting done here, getting beat up. Another pen Japan ffs. 6-3. We badly need to up our game right now

 

Japan are a very handy team, better than England so far. England bench should win it for them, but it’s not been impressive in the first quarter.

And now we score.

Couldn’t name you three players on the pitch but gone for Japan at 12/1. Arigato.

Utterly stupid pen to give away by May, thick knob. We miss pen and give them a gift to get within 1. Stupid pens will kill us every time, was hoping after the Argie game we mightve finally learnt our lesson, but guess not.

 

Another stupid penalty conceded.
This is too tight for my liking.

 

Christ, the kicking tennis is tedious.

Winning but that was poor stuff by us

 

Difficult handling conditions with the humid atmosphere but I think we look better with ball in hand, errors not withstanding, than when we constantly kick the ball back to Japan.
Big improvement needed 2nd half.

 

Instantly forgettable half of rugby.....

Never seen so many handling errors as there are at this tournament.... the humidity must have something to do with it, but the ball looks like a bar of soap at times....

 

Maybe we have become too accustomed to playing with 14 men !

 

Apparently it's the humidity and a slightly different ball.
