Saw that some time ago.,No more than Peter Green deserved. Amazing to think he was only with them for little over 3 years but over 50 years later people remember him in that period so well.

“The following events are based on a pack of lies “ ,just watched on the BBC.Really enjoyed it .although the ending I saw coming to leave open for series two.
Just rediscovered these things called DVDs in charity shops - picked up three for a quid!!! Just watched one of them now - Capote - great movie but a very chilling movie - the hunger for fame and recognition trumps empathy, requiring the masquerading of empathy to ensure that exalted fame is achieved. The dark underbelly of the human condition is evident here. I have read some early Capote but obviously I now need to get a copy of In Cold Blood...have any of you read it? What did you think of it? Anyway, many charity shops to be visited again next weekend...there's movie gold in them there shops for half nothing.
Just watched a small 3 part series called “ Karen Pirie “ it’s a Scottish cold case drama I really enjoyed it, each episode is about 2 hrs long Well worth a watch……
She's a Val McDermid creation, think there's 8 or so books in the series so there might be more tv to come. I didn't know they'd been televised.
I have started watching something, and after a few minutes I have the feeling of deja vu, and I am right.
Started watching “ The Chelsea detective “ last night, first episode wasn’t that bad but I’m hoping it gets better as the series goes on, you generally find that as they get more into character. I will reserve recommendation until I’ve watched a cpl more..
