Twine has improved a lot second half and Slater had started to get into the game since I posted that to be fair. How on earth was that not worth of a booking for their chap?
To be honest, we’re never gonna score. It’s one of those days. We are total control, complete and utter control. Have missed 3 complete sitters. Cov got a goal from a corner and they’ve done **** all else. Proper smash and grab victory for them, one of those days for us. We haven’t been poor just can’t get it in the goal and don’t look like we’re going to.
One thing I am gonna say is if Oscar was on the pitch, not only would he have scored at least one of Connolly’s chances, he’d also have been sniffing about the numerous loose balls that have bounced around their box completely unchallenged, and we’d probably be winning.
