As promised to celebrate our first of many appearances in the Champions League we are having a Prediction Competition. This is only open to the top eight finishers in last years Premier League Prediction League. But it is Trev so you better have a good reason. How to play and rules 1. Each week of Group games I will select 8 games from the 16 going on to predict on. 2. Predict the result and first scorer with the usual points allocation(1, 2, 5 and 3) 3. It's nice that someone will win a trophy even if the league and cup double champion wasn't in it. They will be the Emma Radacanu of prediction league competitions.
Look mate, past glories mean nothing. It's just like the Mackems talking about their old league wins from when Trev was just a teenager, while we prepare for the Champions League and an exciting future. The new competition is for those who qualified based on recent performance. Not from years ago. Any further mentions of your old double win will be met with my new 'Chaos is a Mackem' meme.
Actually this competition is too easy not enough games or contestants.. it really is Micky mouse in comparison to a league and cup double.
