See exactly where you’re coming from. I attend lots of gaa games and training with eldest grandson. Many times more enjoyable than Elland road these days and tiny fraction of the cost
Gotta agree with Wakey the atmosphere at non-league is great. Saw a few in around Litchfield and Birmingham whilst at Uni. Thanks to work I have to work alongside grass roots football teams. It's so encouraging for the kids. It's a great learning for the wee ones.
Ampedu & Rodon both looking very good tonight for Wales. Live on viaplay Sport 1 if anyone who has that channel fancies watching
Update on the Wales game is that they're fortunate to be 1-0 up at the break and Ampedu & Rodon were both poor after my initial post.
It would be interesting should Wakefield AFC ever make it to the EFL at what point the dickheads would start supporting them ? Like anything in life be careful what you wish for I guess.
Mate let's face it you're gone as far as top level football is concerned. Just stick to Horbury v Wakefield from now on as your heart's not in the proper stuff any more
Yes there's no doubt that Brother Wakey has seen the light. Each to there own and I for one wish him well on the Wakefield Not 606 board
Where is this top level football you speak of?. Leeds are a mid table championship team so far this season. Lots of false dawns and non existent plans for the stadium. I will continue to dine with the common man in the land of reality. Salford city reds knocked us out of the also ran stage of the league cup. That fact alone says it all to me.
In Jammys defence, once you've had a prawn sandwich at a game, you can never go back. You and me Wakey can't afford the pies
