It was so weird. The crowd and the players looked like they hadn't got a scooby what the **** was being sung.

Just pump out the tune and left the crowd scream it.

NZ were a mess. they were set piece dominated. bad loss that.

    France won't win it either.

    anyway.

Medvedev turns up a bit of a shock in us tennis so djokovic is likely to win the record slam

French people really are arrogant twats.

Our national anthem is not up for your "interpretation"

I can't wait to hear what they do with the Scottish one

The England one is a classic hard luck you are the tackler standing up in the tackle.

Their one was very lucky as he's very nearly missed the head. I was surprised he didn't go

There's already been discussion on whether they should continue with how they've done them so far. Irish weren't particularly happy apparently

The Irish one was not even that bad, theirs is not even a national anthem anyway due to all island nature of it.

The french national anthem was a ****ing joke, it was horrendously out of tune etc.

Just play the music and get the arsehole creative non Rugby that's away from the thing.

Well I'm not old school and I'd agree with that.

yes the rules say you have to tackle a set way and yes certain people, and people on that England side refuse to by it and go for the head but that one was a pure accident

the state of the game is due to active resistance by certain nations like sa, nz and England who consider it unmanly etc.

if they'd stop going after the head then maybe the rules would relax slightly.

this bunker crap is in solely due to their slaughter of refs for applying the rules. we now have the cop out yellow and the a faceless person decide and imo this will reduce the ref respect dangerously.

    Scotland, sa.

error strewn, hugely physical. 6-3 at ht.

anthems suit having poncy artist interpretations as the Scots sung over the silly choir and its a poem more than a song anyway.

sa anthem was also sung over

finn Russell having a mare. all sorts of poor decisions under pressure.

but most of all. England had a red yesterday. sa just did the exact same and zero and I mean zero done? consistency non existent

this game is over bar the scrapping

Scotland have caved but I think 90% of the game is being reffed by someone in the actual refs ear

he's just told sa lad the ball is out and go for it then after he gets it and goes blows up.amd says he is offside. there seems to be an inordinate about of communication on radio going on

the Scots have suicided here by tossing the ball to one man with little support and not then being able to clear a ruck. a lot of it is bad decisions based on SA speed off the line.

    I wouldn't go that far.

Scotland panicked imo and had no real game plan to turn that rush defense.

    SA were not great tbh

love the fact that scrums are now an orchestrated dance and then the scrum half puts the ball in straight to the lock forward <laugh>

unless you go full RL scrumming it isn't actually that easy if you don't have an actual hooker as you need the bulk/strength of the locks pushing .

they get to throw the ball in where they like now. the Scots were not even getting it in and it was a pen. just get it in the second the ref says engage and out the back and gone. delaying only ended up with massive push through or a scots knee on the ground. it was like they thought they might get a free kick of early engagement etc.

but for me the Scots didn't lose it in the scrum. they lost it around midfield with zero and I mean zero pods round the ruck and finn Russell panicking.
