Seems to be used more at lower league level. I guess in the top leagues you would get endless complaints about what it worth a sin bin or not.

Gino could learn a thing or two from them - 1926 sounds like the number of bosses he's given the Flick.
Desperate to find some form before they host the Euros next year . Meanwhile Rubiales from the Spanish FA finally resigned . Whilst speaking to Pierce Morgan . Probably says it all !
Harsh on Buxton here . Or very unfortunate. Winning 2-1 and the match gets abandoned in the 96th minute ! https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66778293
Paul Pogba tested positive for testosterone after Juventus' game at Udinese in August, and risks a suspension of up to four years according to Italy's anti-doping agency.
The levels of testosterone differ depending upon where you come from/live apparently. The highest levels are found in men from northern Europe. Although Pogba is from western Europe and currently lives in southern Europe, he did spend a good while in Manchester so maybe his levels were higher than expected in Italy. That's my theory anyway... Given how far north we live, maybe there's a market for the excess that we both produce ..
The reasons will be given later as to why there is no ban but sure Brentford will take note. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/66801383.amp

Premier League Everton are set to have new owners after Farhad Moshiri agreed to sell his 94% stake in the club to American investment fund 777 Partners. The takeover would mean half of the 20 top-flight clubs are American-owned.
And the other half fast becoming Saudi owned. It is what it is, I suppose - but it's putting me right off the game. Money doesn't just talk anymore - it's starting to shout.
You are right. FFP rules seem to be there for the clubs that cannot afford the most expensive lawyers. I find I am more interested these days in the goings-on in the third tier of French football than the EPL. Lots of money issues there, but on a small scale compared to what is happening elsewhere.
