If you read what McKenna says about him sounds great however reading up on him he's hardly played any football for a 25 year old he's started under 70 games and it largely sounds in recent years that's down to injury. Sounds more like a player we'd sign under a previous era, player with good pedigree in the past but a bad injury record. The good thing is in the past this was pretty much every player we signed
We’ve signed him now and not back in July because they’ve assessed that he’s regaining his fitness. That’s what they’ve been monitoring. It’s a bit of a risk but if it doesn’t work out, it’s only a one year deal.
