Yeah mate you should alwats roll what youve cut in e8th a small roller, i do it as i go otherwise you get different texture and with certain paints and it certain lights it shows up bad, Just give tge dsrk looking bit a light stroke over with sandpaper get rid of the brushmarks/texture then go close as ya can to the ceiling with a small roller, might need 2 gos to look the same
probably is healthy as i dread to think of what your blood pressure was looking at that little band of paint .
I usually can get quite close with the big roller so wouldn't normally use a small roller. My roller is well used and an inch and a half at the end has gone hard and couldn't get so close this time when doing my daughter's room. She was adamant I hadn't painted just under the top skirting board (she calls the coving this ) so I explained the brush strokes will refract the light differently to a roller. Still had to go around with the mini roller to keep her happy.
mine was done recently and for the first time in years was fine in fact bordering on a bit low . Think mine might be down to a bit of a change in diet though who knows .
You can get away with it sometimes like but as a rule i take a small roller round with me when im cutting in, its a good habit to have as there's nothing worse than doing all the cutting in and it looking like luvs done it
No, decided to get all the rest of the stuff done so it looks like I'm getting somewhere. Probably next weekend.
New external lights Right **** on to put up. Usual design flaw not having enough room in the back box
It's probably designed to go off if the internal battery is low. I only know because I knew someone whose mains operated one wouldn't shut up, even if the power was killed to it, can't remember what I did, probably the same as you and got a new one.
****in sealed unit with a non replaceable battery. Expiration date for the battery 2029. Piece of ****. Just ordered a new one that takes aaa batteries.
It's just **** modern paint mate. Always done my own decorating, even decorated for others too and never had this problem until recent years. Another coat would clear it up, basically not consistent / equal level of paint between the two areas. Oh, and I've never rolled d the edges either, always just use a brush.
