Does anyone know their email address so we can all send them a copy. It might sink in to the dozy buggers heads then.
Probably on your phone, if you find the clip, I'll have a look later ... ... good idea especially if you set it to the Bolero.
Sadly you can't ... ... I'd have hoped for a humble apology though. Imagine if O'Nien copped a second yellow and missed QPR
There's a fair few Sunderland lads who put up Vlogs, etc, and take a fair bit of flak ... ... butt imagine being on the floor, after a 5-0 humiliation, and being confronted with this absolute drivel
Jesus, he's horrific. Like an Aussie version of true Geordie, only with probably better personal hygiene. Chucking a few swear words in and acting all intense doesn't make you look passionate, it makes him look like a bell end.
People need to subscribe to this lads Youtube channel, fantastic post match analysis and sometimes individual player analysis. AltEnding is his name on there (no its not me, how could it be? listen to his voice )
Let’s hope it doesn’t become part of the game , or at least hope that referees have seen this incidence and learnt the intention
Would like to know what 09 was actually booked for in that incident, shirt pull or not retreating which is ludicrous, however your point that Refs learn from this ' error ' is a non starter imo. They very rarely admit to doing anything wrong so not holding my breath.
They had a rule like this a few years ago, ball moved forward for not retreating, Beckham, I think would blast it off players to seek an advantage, I do think Luke got his own back second half, but should have done it again immediately afterwards to get the lad sent off, the ref would have bottled it though
I'm still fighting off this stomach bug and watching the full match again. I always admire some of you lot who can analyse a game in real time ... I can only do that, to any great degree, watching it back. Various things stand out like it being Hume's best game his season and Patterson's worst, lots of things to discuss. But what I'd missed, to some extent , is how much ground Dack covers, how much of their play he breaks up and how much of ours he starts. Even for our third he panics Holgate into giving the ball to Ekwah then draws two defenders away to make space for the shot. If that's not enough he blocks the keepers view then ducks under the shot.. When we have the two new forwards available Dack has created a dilemma, how could we drop him .... .... Mowbray will be wondering, especially as he's his voice on the pitch. In my mind we've dropped onto the 'new Evans' we've been looking for. Anyone?
I'd imagine there will be some rest and rotation, especially amongst the young lads. Jobe is the obvious one to drop out for QPR - not that he's done anything wrong, but he's 17 years old and should only be expected to play 25 games or so at that age (Lee Johnson take note). Gut feel is that Burstow will be the next cab off the rank in terms of strikers, and to that end I'd be keeping Dack in the team, on the understanding he'll probably play 65 mins and be replaced by Pritch Assuming everyone comes back from International duty fit and firing I'd be going: Patterson Hume O'Nien Ballard Cirkin Neil Ekwah Roberts Dack Clarke Burstow Subs: Bishop, Seelt, Huggins, Ba, Pritchard, Bennette, Rigg, Jobe, Rusyn Not Selected: Mayenda, Taylor, Triantis, Aouchiche, Pembele, Hemir Injured: Evans, Alese, Matete Give the likes of Aouchiche and Pembele plenty of time to settle in without the pressure of performing immediately. Harsh on Ba, but you have to play your best players IMHO (I've flip flopped over selecting Roberts a few times in the last few days)
He probably would have sent O/9 off, to biased to admit he made a mistake, I have long thought refs should come out in front of a camera after games , but admit its a bit unlikely.
Was that with Che Adams? He should have been sent off anyway because he kicked the ball away when the free kick was given and wasnt booked, then got a yellow for not getting back 10 yards. All well and good having these rules but there's no consistency with them.
