Remeber seeing a bird in final year at Uni. Would go round and eat once a week at each others. Was her turn but decided I had enough, so had it in mind to call it a day before we ate. She opened door, said it’s lasagna and garlic bread….. she was saved for a week, ****ing love lasagna. She didn’t go to Uni in Sheffield did she?
Very individual dish imo, every person's favourite lasagne is their own. I prefer the defined layers type that stands as a solid block more than the sloppy mess you sometimes see.
