I think there is too many players not being honest with themselves Big Joe not fit Bruno out of sorts Isak out of Sorts miggy out of sorts Tonali out of position
Burn out of his depth. Targett out of his depth. Howe out of ideas. Pope out of ability. Miggy has been like this for 95% of his time here. He’s had a couple of purple patches but he’s a bit ****. We need a complete refresh of approach. Howe is not the man moving forward. We need someone progressive like De Zerbi, Emery, the bloke at Leicester, who wants to manage precociously talented players and doesn’t want to shove a bunch of grafting Englishmen in their squad. ****ing stupidly blinkered from the owners and I don’t know who’s to blame; them, Ashworth, Howe, all three?
Wow that was awful 150 million this summer where was it? Surely they've got to get the millions on the pitch together? How on earth can we still be seeing Ashley's newcastle on the pitch every week?
Well no because they deliberately (and inexplicably) decided to spend our entire budget on subs, somehow thinking Burn, Schar, Targett, Miggy, Gordon, Joelinton couldn’t be upgraded.
The only embarrassing match last season was Villa away, we've just had two in a row now. The players seemed half arsed, Bruno and Schar especially today, looked like they had spat their dummies out or something. All a bit weird.
Our recruitment plan this summer has been baffling. Most said LB, RW, RCB were priority before the window opened. we've bought a reserve lb, rb, lw and completely ****ing ignored the glaringly obvious positions and somehow made our midfield poorer.
Here’s a thought - did our players expect better from recruitment in the summer as well? Could it be that promises haven’t been fulfilled?
Think this is the problem with Howe, he's sticking with the lads that got us 4th and won't drop any of them, need Murphy and Willock back.
