I don’t think he did. Usually when refs are piss-poor, you ask whether they’re crooked or incompetent. I think he was just incompetent. Got loads wrong today for both teams and just didn’t have a grip of the game. Was incredibly card-happy instead of letting the game flow, that tackle by Slater that resulted in a free-kick not far from our box was never a free-kick imo and 3 minutes added on after 90 would be a piss-take even before the new rules. I was expecting at least 6. I don’t think he had an agenda. He was just plain ****e.
Didn't think the ref was that bad today tbh, we deserved pretty much every yellow card, no absurd decisions spring to mind
Its a funny thing with Coyle as I said at half time, he always seems to be better second half... to my eyes at least..

It wasn't so much the ones he gave, as the ones he didn't against them. He didn't seem to be applying the same standards for a yellow.
