The atmosphere tomorrow could easily become pretty toxic. The fans are generally sympathetic to Dean Holden, but are extremely distrustful of our anonymous owners. Jason Pearce is their human shield.
Glad you did the thread. I was just about to start one myself but superstition made me not want to. It hasn't worked out well since Orient. Quite a few signings today. Mostly young. All on loan. I'm not jusging anyone till I see them play - I'd never heard of Gallagher and look what a loanee he was. On to tomorrow and I imagine both sets of fans will see this as winable. Very hard to see how this will pan out but I hope Pearce has shown the defence how to defend because they look amateur right now. Non of the new signings seem to have played a lot so I'm hoping more than expecting a couple of them to be at least on the bench tomorrow. Be nice if the Man City lad is the new haaland
I agree, probably a 2-0 win today. If he does nothing else, Pearce should make us harder to score silly goals against.
Kirk had a decent little cameo despite being booed onto the pitch by a few idiots, who also booed Stockley. In spite of this he didn't celebrate his goal. They also booed the ref, but didn't boo the team.
