Everyone buys a vehicle in installments these days. They'll be fine and they'll save all that ulez money to pay for it.

Throw in what you save in road tax and fuel costs, and you’d have to be some special kind of stupid (see this thread for examples) not to have ULEZ compliant vehicle. Especially as this has been on the cards for four years - it didn’t happen overnight ffs.

    They're a lot more than £20k.

Many of the contractors won't be eligible for the scrappage scheme as they won't be residents of London. I mentioned the Bradford scheme where the bulk were non-residents.

The dopey ****s saying it's all fine will be whining like bitches when they have to pay extra to get work done or at the price increase as the costs are passed down the line to them as consumers.

Health authorities have fumigated Paris for the first time amid concerns that disease-ridden tiger mosquitoes could spread dengue in the French capital.

The fumigation in Paris is not France’s first, with previous campaigns launched in the south of the country. But the operation, more commonly associated with tropical cities, is a sign of the mounting threat posed by disease-ridden insects.

The whole of Frogland requires fumigating, not because of pesky pests but the fact that the humanoids stink to ****ing **** as they are oblivious to hygiene.

    Smelly ****ing ****s.

Having family who live in London, I can confidently say that paying for work already reflects extra charges and always has done. I can’t speak for other major cities around the country, but I expect works will include an uplift to cover similar type costs, ULEZ or no ULEZ.
Not sure why you’re getting “all giddy” like you’ve just invented fire. Let’s put it down to another subject you know **** all about <laugh>

    Bless, you've got it bad.

You admit that you pay extra for the charges in London (among other Khan scams) and accept that you will be paying the additional costs of ULEZ, which is pretty much what I'm saying, you thick ****. <laugh>

I'm just adding the additional facts that even his own reports show it's unlikely to achieve its stated goals, which are themselves deceitful.

The leftwaffe tie themselves up in knots trying to 'win' and then get even more angry and frustrated when they don't. I reckon they'd be frothing even more if it was a white tory pushing this con.

EDIT: And still no word on that well known 'right wing shill' Burnham rejecting a similar scheme for Manchester. <laugh>

I bet he’s not even considered the impact on tradesmen 200 miles away the corrupt bastard. He’ll probably be swanning about in a gated community in Belize with his ill-gotten gains once Susan Hall wins the Yorkshire vote at the next London mayoral election and trounces him.

You need a better education and/or therapy. Replies like that ^^ simply show you know your feeble 'argument' has failed.

You're so dim, you actually supported my point in your own reply.<laugh>

A two minute search on Auto Trader brought up a 19reg Transit Courier, plenty big enough for most small tradesmen... £8,490. Take 6k on finance . Less than £40 a week.
