Just explained this on Sky. If players and clubs have an agreement in place between 9-11pm (I think they said signed) then you get an extra hour till midnight to register the deal and till 1am for an international signing. Also heard that Gnonto changed his mind about wanting to join Everton

 

An extra hour, FFS the clubs have 3 months to sign players and they need an extra hour?

 

A thing called a “Deal Sheet” can be faxed/emailed to the FA/EFL showing full agreement done and dusted and paperwork can be sent in a bit later
