Seems like the legal issue was to do with loan clause then. I wondered at the time if that was about us triggering the max number of international loans allowed so he had to go to an English club - but from memory we’re at 6 and allowed 7 (Aski please confirm ) so must have been something else. Thought these loan clauses were meant to be time limited to avoid this at the end of the window? The plot thickens.

There has to be a clause. We are at the limit for international loans and that's why lawyers must have been looking at a termination clause because we couldn't honour our contract. We prolly edged around that termination clause because it was still possible for a domestic club to activate the loan clause. Tyler Adams has probably gone in and told them Sinisterra is available domestically and they've triggered it. Reports suggesting its a loan to buy deal with the fee being £25 million. Ridiculous.
