I wasn't having a go at you Duggie. I just think that there have been improvements in some areas. I am not condoning the evils that occur today, though. There is still a way to go.
Never know but don't think Andrew French will have much to report on tomorrow. All very very quiet. I suspect social media will go into meltdown come 11pm.
From Andrew French. From talking to Ismael earlier, he has personally rejected three players this week because they didn't fit into his approach and/or he didn't feel they would be committed/have the right mentality. He said again that he only wants the right player each time, and stressed to me that these are his decisions.
All very well and noble in stance but we know who will be blamed if we don’t get results and lose players due to injury . Probably make Ismael even more responsible!
Thank God for that. What a has been, or indeed a never been. He never showed the promise he had as a young player
Well that is it. Fans not happy calling for Gino's head (only online of course) but the manager seems happen enough. Let's hope we don't get too many injuries! Must admit we look light in some positions.
We're apparently 'keeping an eye' on 18 year-old Scottish midfielder Lewis O'Donnell. Currently playing in Division 1 for Kelty Hearts, on loan from Dundee United - but hasn't exactly set the world on fire there. He must be in the category of 'one for the future'. I may have to take a trip to watch him play - Kelty Hearts being one of the newer clubs I've never been to. https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport...ewis-odonnell-tracked-watford-dundee-31111581
Supposedly interested in Rangers' Croatian left back Borna Barisic - competition from Rangers themselves, Roma and Nottingham Forest probably means that we're fourth in the queue. https://www.footballscotland.co.uk/.../borna-barisic-rangers-contract-talk-28037547
And here's another one - 19 year-old West ham striker Divin Mubama - apparently refused a new contract due to being unhappy with being being ignored by David Moyes. https://www.claretandhugh.info/mubama-given-route-out-of-west-ham/
