They will get the same fee next summer, I'd imagine. Accepting now doesn't give them much time to get a replacement in. Keep him for the season, scout his replacement between now and next summer (maybe even Jan), and let him go next year.

Funny, I was wondering about Buchanan yesterday. Very good with Canada, has been a bit inconsistent with Brugge yet frequently gets linked with much larger teams (was rumoured to go to Juve last winter). Direct on the ball, attacks the goal well off the ball for a winger, loves a good foul.
