14 hours to go. There have been some very good / excellent signings so far. Arguably one of the best windows in many years. However, the next 14 hours could be season defining.
WoL reporting Panzo is in the bag and we can expect an announcement soon. You do have to wonder if our little cousins down West were ever really interested.... Though if they lose Wood(?) then they could be a bit short in that area I guess??
Just listened to interviews with Erol, Bowler and Tanner. The Bowler one was a bit different as it was fans questions, but provides insight. I've watched a few previously with Erol and others as well. They're worth looking at. You get a feel for the players, their attitudes and how content they are in the environment. Most came across as articulate and thoughtful. Tanner in particular. Very considered responses. I know its what they do on the pitch that matters for results, but how they perceive themselves and their team mates, how they feel about the manager and the training, all affects what they do on the pitch. Once again, Erol straight talking. Complimentary about the young guns, BUT, always keeping them honest. Always letting them know they need to improve. I said the other day that he was growing on me, and he continues to do so. I'm not getting carried away, but feel as positive as I have for a while. Not JCK confident, but my glass is past half full. Autos this year? No, and I know JCK will berate me, but progress. A progressive style and better results than in recent years. A foundation to build on.

That’s great news. For the first time in many a year I’m feeling confident that we’re building a good side. As I said before mid table would be acceptable this year and then we can kick on.
Is that not now all out loan slots filled so unless he’s going to cancel his contract with Bournemouth?
Good point Sheepy although I think the limitation is on the number of loaners we can use in a match day squad. Anyone know for sure?
I think I read somewhere that you can only name 5 loan signings in the match day squad but you can sign as many as you like. But that could be complete bullish!t of course.
