    While I'm getting ragged for being a Quisling Yorkshireman, I might as well admit that I prefer Tetley's to Yorkshire Tea, Warburton's to Hovis and find the Plusnet adverts repulsive.

    To me, everyone from Southampton right across to Dover (including London) sounds roughly the same. And yet I can tell the difference between Wigan, Bolton, Salford and Manc accents. Whereas to a southerner, they probably all sound the same.

    Liquor on pie n mash must be tried, it kicks the **** out of Gravy. Gravys for roast dinners only & thats when theres no Tommy sauce available!
