I do write like a 5-0, especially when it's against Man Utd, but they to tend to become a bit boring 'match wise'
I was going to reply with - and the 5th goal coming in the 94th minute. Then I thought 1-0 in the 94th minute would be really exciting too. I think a lot of the excitement comes from the timings of the goals.
some folk say a lot of stuff but couldn't take it many times in a row. funnily they never say they like losing 4-5
Scoring to win 1-0 in the 94 the minute is awesome, gives you that euphoria moment. However, the previous 93 minutes were probably boring (not always). I've said similar for winning trophies in the past; winning the league is great (obviously) but it's rare to get that euphoria moment, it's usually wrapped up with a game or two to spare. Whereas winning a cup is a big day out and more often than not (especially as a Liverpool fan) gives you that euphoria moment when victorious. Guess it depends whether you want that euphoria moment that lasts a few minutes (the happy feeling obviously lasts longer) or do you prefer to be entertained throughout. If course, we're all greedy and want both
It's about finding joy in the little moments too; Diaz' back foot take down of the ball, Milner's clearance off the line ... things like that. As you allude to, it's great winning and even better when there's something riding on the win but it's the memorable moments that keep you coming back for more.
It's Romano, so something about it is inaccurate. Hopefully just got the fee wrong instead of the destination club wrong. Also, didn't someone say he flew into Blackpool earlier? Why is he flying from Blackpool to Liverpool, surely quicker by road.
Not sure that we need Gravenberch. Think it blocks Elliots and/or Jones's game time and think we're better of investing in a CB or back up at RB.
Feel seems a bit high but hard to really judge. Guy was brilliant at Ajax but really hard to judge in that league for a dominant team. Development obviously stalled at Bayern but has a high ceiling for potential. Where he plays is interesting as isn’t a 6 so is Mac going to play there more often is is Endo number 1? Are we just going to have a midfiekd 3 who are all expected to win the ball back with no dedicated DM
i really hope it is cheaper than that as should really be more like £20m for a player who has barely featured for a year
