They do, not as readily available, and whereas chances of being charged with anything is very slim... they have made examples out of a few people by throwing the book at them... Just like referees and certain rules in the premier league, illegal streaming is heavily enforced on occasion and completely ignored most of the time. Plus, I'm paying $24 to get this years Premier League games... cheap enough... except there are usually a couple of games on TV... usually on Saturday, one on Sunday (and usually when we're playing Sunday it's on TV). If they're on TV they're not available to stream... which sucks. If I supported anyone but Liverpool, the Sunday team, I'd be able to see us play more.
