Would not be pleased if he goes to Leeds. Not least because there will be a near nuclear level of meltdown among online saints fans. And it is also their weakest area. But realistically if he picks them out of championship options it might well be because he wants to stay in the north

They were linked with Manning to the point their fans thought his announcement was imminent. They also were linked with Downes. We obviously were linked with Piroe, not sure who else they’ve signed apart from Ampadu. Anyway logically we would be linked to basically all the same players. There is a small pool of players available who are of the required standard for both teams, as you’d assume our targets this season are the same.
Can't wait for the window to close tbh, we will sign who Russ wants here and we will sell who doesn't want to be here and then we can move forward with a plan and purpose.
I don’t think we were really linked (in this window) with who Leicester signed but that might be down to the positions they play in not really being clearly open to us when they made them just seems to be repeated with Leeds
Just relayed the news to the Sunderland fan who sits opposite me at work. He's said he'll be mightily disappointed if they accept less than £15m, he thinks he's worth £20m. Could be a fun afternoon.
Now this was the same Sunderland fan who also thought Roberts was worth 20m I’m sure of it. I’d be surprised if we went in that far off their valuation if it is truly 15m. Doesn’t seem to be how we operate based on limited examples.

Russ says there's a small group of players who are being made to train separately until they decide they want to commit to the dressing room and contribute to what we're trying to achieve. We won't compromise the group dynamics for anyone.
That just makes me appreciate what a top pro KWP is. The fact he's playing and training with the squad is proof of that.
