Now Christian Falk is getting on the Dier to Bayern train Just saying, if Bayern start lining up with a centre back pairing of Eric Dier and Harry Maguire, I'm going to suggest that maybe Harry Kane had a little too much influence at the club...
One suspects that in the absence of any further signings, Big Ange sees Sanchez as our 3rd choice CB and would prioritise Dier leaving.
Wouldn't it be terrible if Levy slipped a few conditions into the deal which Bayern didn't notice? "Uli, it's Daniel Levy here. Have you forgotten about the conditions on page fourteen of the contract?" "Page fourteen? The contract was twelve pages long" "Uli, Uli, Uli...while you were mouthing off to your good friend Florian Plettenberg, I added a couple of extra clauses you might want to look at..."
Are you sure about that? Perhaps we told Rennes all they had to do was turn up on the day and they can have him, but for some reason Rennes have an issue with that...
If Bayern actually take that lumbering oaf off our hands, the bellend with the shirt at the press conference can receive an official pardon.
Kaveh Solhekol on Sky Germany says that Dortmund also have an interest in Dier Be right back, got to get some popcorn to watch the mental gymnastics of our fanbase as they try and parse that with their opinion...
I want that guy to hold up a Munich shirt imprinted with the following : Ich liebe Eric Dier, Eric Dier liebt mich
Di Marzio says that Torino are looking to sign Tanganga on loan w/ an option to sign That would be the same Torino that Per Schuurs plays for. Now why might they need a CB all of a sudden...?
The funny thing is they’ll probably win the CL with Dier and Maguire. Just because the footballing gods are ****s like that.
Romano now linking us with Ansu Fati By the looks of it loaning him in is the backup plan if Johnson doesn't happen
Di Marzio says that Genoa are looking to take Ndombele Tough choice, this one: do I make a joke about the Costa Concordia or Andrea Doria...?
Forster - not good enough in my opinion, even as a no.2, he takes an age to get down to shots and is just not agile enough, a long term injury to Vicario and we are screwed, I would rather sell Forster and keep Hugo as a back up for his last year.
I thought he made some good saves tonight and was probably our only player who could leave the stadium with his head held high.
He did ok, but he's not really suited to how Postecoglou wants to play. I don't think it's a priority to replace him, though. We should definitely be looking at someone more suitable in the long-term. It's pretty tricky to find anyone that would accept being back-up who'd also be good enough.
