What I've seen of them on the box so far, Sheffield Wednesday are by far the poorest team in this division and they confirmed it in the flesh yesterday. We made them look half decent and only a gift gave us all the points. Maybe it was our turn for that bit of good fortune at the death, but when compared with our Championship opposition, overall our performance was really bottom 6 stuff.

With 4 league and a Carabao Cup game under his belt, Bulut should now have an idea of his best players/format. That's of course barring these couple of "superstars" we're going to sign in the next 4 days. For some bizarre reason (call it denial if you like), I've got faith in him turning this box of allsorts into a winning formula that's going to move us up the table.

    Bu
Bulut does seem a bit more frank in his assessments.
I think he has a plan, but needs to get it embedded in the players and on the pitch.
He seems to have a bit more gravitas than most of his predecessors.
I think we need to wait for the usual '10 game assessment'.
I feel as if we have a few more players who can play with Ramsey than we had at the club who could play with Bellamy, certainly 1st time round.
Still don't know what to make of Ugbo though.

With Meite through the middle, Ugbo was innocuous out on the right yesterday - I said at the time he was no wide man and Tanner should have been brought on long before he was.

Can't fault Uggy for taking that chance when it came along though. There's a player in there somewhere but he's far too lightwieght to lead the line in the Championship and I can't see where else he'd fit in.

We need Moore up top to take the flak and another CB would be very welcome before the summer curtain comes down.

Only saw it from 30 but agree we made them look better due to Buluts tactic of playing away at home - our defence is just not good enough to defend a one goal lead and we don’t look that great on the break.

We were terrible at home last season and it’ll be the same this season unless we start taking the initiative and playing as a home team with a quicker tempo higher up the pitch then better teams will do as most did last season take the game to us, take a lead and comfortably see out the game for 3 points.

4 games and 4 goals from Ugbo, this is striker quality, how he does it is beyond me but to ask for anything more is plain greedy. Some small improvement from Goustas and I expect him to get a lot better. Siopsis had his first start and is a very willing runner. The truth is winning games breeds confidence and we are short on wins so far. I am not as confident myself simply because 4 points from 4 games is a poor return. We have 42 games to go, We scored in every game so far so we don`t need a striker. The 2 cb`s must keep clean sheets as they are costing us right now.

    Who's going to go first?

OK, I'll start. 4 games and 3 goals for Ugbo not 4.

Therefore we don't need a striker.

But he is deadly between 3 and 8 feet. We just need to get the ball to him that close to goal more often. Come on midfield!!!

He does f all elsewhere though.
