Apparently some of the Leeds fans at Ipswich were booing and singing abusive songs to Gnonto - a 19 year old boy - who ended up leaving the pitch in tears. Hope he gets to move away.
Not that I condone the abusive songs, but Gnonto make a rod for his own back when he refused to play. Fans do not kindly to that.
And then he changed his mind, played and scored, and Leeds won. I know we've got idiots who would do the same thing. Just a bit pathetic imo.
No where in any other line of work is this acceptable. Absolutely disgusting, I hope they ban said fans.
Absolutely agree. I think he was pretty gutted to have been taken off for his injury. His last post match message was appreciated.

I don't agree with Gnontos behaviour either, But that is a internal issue that Leeds have to deal with. Completely separate from abuse.

If we were offering more favourable terms to both club and player but only came in after Leeds’ deal collapsed then sounds like he initially indicated he preferred a move to Leeds
