So who so far is enjoying the Championship more than the PL ?

For example Brother Eire was deeply dissatisfied with our weekly surrenders in the top flight and hoped that by being relegated we'd be more competitive and there certainly seems to be some truth in that.

From my persepective I'd still 100% rather be in the PL, however what is pleasing is that we've massively refreshed the squad and so no longer have to support players who clearly didn't get what it means to play for Leeds United. The fact we've now got new owners, a new DOF plus Daniel Farke and his coaching staff is also a massive plus.

Given the standard of our squad I’m perfectly happy where we are. I called out that squad of mercenaries we had last season on many occasions and pointed out the lack of connection between players and fans. It was so obvious at the games. Also if we’d survived, it’s likely rads orta and that squad of nomads would still be with us and we wouldn’t have Farke. A massive reset was required and so far it’s working out fine. Nothing better than watching a Leeds win

 

Even his butler gets a day off now & again. Plus it gives him more opportunity to sniff round the waitresses.
