It was that bad to throw the game away that i'm not even that angry, it's so stupid you almost have to laugh about it.
We're quite simply not as good as our fans thought... we had a good season that's all. It'll be a long season if people are expecting the same as last season.. It ain't happening but we'll do OK.
I try to dampen expectations in my own head because it makes losing easier. The truth is Newcastle really just finish 4th once ... you have to finish top 8 a few times in a row next. Newcastle will obviously aim top 4 but business wise they'll be making sure they can maintain a steady top 8 and then go again.
Wouldn't normally have a go at Howe but he ****ed up with the subs, kinda like a Benitez thing, 1 nil up and you take off your better players, odd behaviour.
Going to go like City. They started with a “safe” British manager in Hughes but quickly worked out our managers are ****ing insipid and can’t manage for ****. De Zerbi next for us, before we then get a big gun. We may go straight to Mourinho. But Howe isn’t the answer.

I was absolute fuming at first but as times gone on a bit, I’ve calmed down. My trick is to just put things into perspective. As soon as I see my little lad I’m back smiling again. We’ll be back, liverpool better enjoy this moment.. cause once we’re at the top, we’re staying. We’re to rich and powerful, so let them enjoy it. & the greatest thing of all is Pep, Klopp etc all know it. They know once we reach the summit it’s going to take a hell of a fight to bring us back down. Enjoy, Liverpool. Well done.
