Think we really need to revamp or look at the way our loans are done. Looks at Chelsea and city. Constantly loaning out young players and then selling for big feed with big sell on % because they go to clubs where will be first choice in champ etc. Even Everton selling a reserve player to Norwich for 7m after a half decent loan deal in champ. How many or who is last player we loaned out that did half decent and then managed to sell? Seems out young players go to random clubs who are either going to buy for pennies or just barely play and come back with no real experience.
