All singles.... Reading win £100 Shrewsbury win £100 Cambridge win £100 Charlton win £100 Carlisle win £100
Just a quick reminder of the Rules, as posted here. I have highlighted in blue the one that is often overlooked 1. Each month £1,000 will be allocated to the Betting Account of all competitors 2. Matches available for betting on will be posted showing the odds available. These will be the odds used to calculate returns, if any 3. Single and multiple bets allowed and must be posted at least 5 minutes before the kick-off. A full list of available bets will be made available from time to time 4. The maximum stake is the current balance in your account. 5. Any bets placed that would cause the account to go overdrawn will be reduced/removed accordingly, starting from the last named bet 6. Balances will be updated after each set of matches 7. If less than the current month's allocation is staked in any month, the shortfall will be forfeited. Failure to post any bets for 3 consecutive months will result in elimination from the competition. 8. If a match is not started for any reason, or is abandoned at any stage, the bet will be void 9. These Rules may be modified at any stage for the purpose of clarity. Any change to the Rules will be announced in a new thread 10. For win bets just state team and stake. For draw bets just state home team, "Draw" and stake. NB. Anyone who missed the start of the competition may join in at any time and will start on £1,000
Any news re musty. Hope he's OK. Forfeit of £250 this month not yet included Rules don't cater for holidays/illness etc so I'm wondering whether to scrap the forfeits. An alternative would be to place what would have been a forfeit onto the shortest priced team, split if equal. Any views?
Musty does our prediction league and he hasn't been on there either. Like you Ron I hope all is well with him. For me the rules are the rules and there are generally enough games in a month to spend a grand (and or lose) easily enough.
Sounds fair Ron I think you did that a few seasons ago but I don't think it will make any difference to me being bottom of the table at the end of August
Good news. Musty is fine. Posted on Cardiff, Plymouth and Newcastle boards yesterday. Been away in Bali.
