    Since homosexuality is the new theme on not606 for the day, I would like to ask a question

    Why do men who 'come out' as being gay suddenly go all 'effeminate'?

    The example is of 2 guys from my school.

    One was a chubby kid who always hung around with the girls, found out he was gay = no suprise tbh

    another one 'coming out' as gay was a real suprise for all who knew him. Since coming out he is very effeminate. never was before and we went to the same schools from the age of 3 -16

    I know some will abuse this OP etc but I genuinely want to know.

    Presumably the second guy either no longer had to worry about people realising that he was gay, so he could act more naturally or he started hanging around with more gay people.
    A lot of people adopt some of the behavioural habits of those around them.

    It's that or taking cock makes you act camp.

    There was a fella who worked in the same department as me, married with 2 kids. Became gay and started acting like a woman all of a sudden

    Yet there is a bloke working in the health authority who had a sex change and is masculine
