The boy wright up for them is quality and a real handful

I reckon gooch will come in as he will help out defensively. Means hume can defend narrower to help ballard n onien with the 2 strikers n gooch will pick up their lwb

As a Coventry outsider and someone who has no idea who many footballers are nowadays, all I know is they lost 3 of their best players and I don't know, apart from Simms, who they replaced them with.

Yeah I think Gooch would get the nod ahead of Ba to fill in for Roberts. I expect he'd do a good job too. I'm not sure Ba is ready to be starting, he's clearly got ability but I don't see him as being reliable just yet.

Top thread again RTB <applause>, I like the idea of starting Gooch in place of Roberts and I would be happy with a point against this lot who are an awful team to play against at any time. I am sure we will have our chances, and we will need to take them. OaU

I think this is going to be a tough game, I'll go 1-1 with Coventry leading at ht. Clarke with our goal.

I'd hate to be Mowbray having to decide who plays as we have plenty of options ...

... whoever/however he plays will annoy some supporters.

At least the away support is always 100% together in the ground.

He has already stated "Dont expect to see them on the pitch" so why waste a space on the bench? It makes no sense, unless he is just talking ****e again

Doesn't say it definitely won't happen.

If the score is 4-0 I could see him getting fifteen minutes, which would be very useful to judge his fitness and attitude.

Whenever I really shouldn't be going I'm always pleased when it's no longer physically possible. I can't relax until then and, loads of times, have thought 'fukit' then left work or home at the last possible minute.

Now I can relax I'm going for 2-0 with two late goals in a cagey match. I think Mowbray will do a rope-a-dope, let Coventry tire and send Hemir, Pritchard and Ba on with 20 minutes to go.

Have a great day if you're going and Ha'way the Lads!!!

A win and with 6 points on the board it wouldn’t be a bad start to the season but I just don’t fancy us, if we are to get something out of this game we need to put Bath in with Ballard & Luke and play with wing backs. He might have to without Robert’s, it’s a tough call with the team today, that’s what TM gets paid for though.

Themadmistake reckons it might be Ba on the left and Clarke on the right.

Is Rigg still out? Would have liked to see him get a chance in Roberts place. Otherwise I would be going with Ba, or play Hemir and push Jobe back to be fluid with Dack.

A win today would be brilliant. I genuinely think Coventry will be up in top 3 by the end. Would take a draw for sure.

Could be, I wouldn't be opposed to that I just think Gooch slots in nicely there without having to switch anything. Ba to come on later.

    Thankyou again RTB
    I see the vote is almost level between H D & A . I put D , but I can’t really decide against “ it’ll be one if those three”
So I transferred my thought energy and decided Abbot Ale tonight if we win , Staropramen if lose and red wine if it’s a draw.

Rigg could be on the bench but has not played since his concussion against Norwich for the U21s.
