Regarding comments made by Mike Dean

    a PGMOL spokesperson said:
“VARs undergo extensive training with the focus centred entirely around effectively working with the on-field team of officials to rectify clear and obvious errors (relating to goals, penalties, red cards and mistaken identity).

"When VARs identify a clear and obvious error by the on-field team of match officials, they should intervene and recommend a review by the referee.

"We strongly refute any suggestion that VARs do not intervene, for whatever reason, when they have identified a clear and obvious error."

"Unless it's a clear error and it's obvious that intervening would impact one of the big 6."

I'll only say it isn't corrupt if we win a final with a dodgy match deciding decision going our way. And they can still **** off after that anarl.

    ****s.

Just get rid of "clear and obvious"
They have 4 areas to look at
    Goal confirmation
    Penalty shouts
    Red card shouts
    Identity of offenders

All of these, either they are or they are not. Clear and obvious does not need to be a thing.

Play the replays on the big screen and have the Comms available to TV / radio audiences so people watching can see why a decision has been given. It's really not that difficult

    T

Just get the right decision. That's all we want. Pointless otherwise.

Mike Deans logic here is laughable.

The suggestion here is that him not helping his mate make the correct decision was to save said mate from getting ****

But the resulting backlash pales in comparison to the 1 minute of groans from Tottenham fans.

Not one soul cares when you see that the decision is correct, when we have a goal ruled offside by VAR and it IS offside, I don't complain. I complain about how long it ****ing takes, but the decisions are good.

They're not getting back handers, they're just not very good at it. We need way, way more refs and we need better training and we need IT people controlling VAR with better understanding of technology and the rules.

Don't have refs sitting in the VAR booths when they can't even type. The refs imo simply don't even know how to use VAR and have started to bottle it, that's why they're all quitting

Var official that gifted Manure a pen for Rashfords dive was Michael Salisbury
the same VAR official that got dropped from Premier League duties
after costly VAR blunder in Brighton's defeat to Tottenham last season
    some people never learn

I’m actually getting sick of the VAR and PGMOL bias towards the big six. But more specifically Man Utd and Liverpool.

    It’s absolutely blatent.

It’s disgusting and it’s going to cost people their jobs.

    It’s fraud in open daylight.

It's getting more blatant because Liverpool and Man Utd are getting worse, so they need even more decisions to try and keep them up the table.

They tried their best to get Liverpool to catch us at the end of last season.

    ****s.

Waited until I had seen MotD
Before I made a comment about todays officials
Ref lost the game in the 1st 10 mins
The shirt pulling and time wasting going unpunished
Got the Red card spot on despite what the scousers say
Cant understand why players are booked for taking time with throw ins When the 6 second law on goalkeepers holding the ball is still in the laws of the game,
(Law 12) punishable with an indirect freekick
Yet officials ignore the laws set down, it is totally wrong that refs make up their own laws

Thought the lino on the East Stand was like a rabbit in headlights
Not up to it and way behind play.
Liverpool player miles offside and allowed to carry on and won a corner Basically this official has been a political appointment by the pgmol

Interesting, Anthony Taylor hasn't responded to Dean's comments yet, so instead of thanking his "mate", I hope Taylor throws Dean under the bus with something like "the game was actually going fine for me, so i didn't need help from a cheating ****"

he will get one for the offence
another one for not leaving the field of play when ordered to
and he should get another one for foul and abusive language to the Ref and the 4th official when he did leave

Good! How anyone can argue it wasn't a red card is beyond me... I'd make a case I'd rather he stayed on.
