Yip. It's a strange end of season format. The 'best' player over season starts with a shot advantage over the rest, the second best player also and so on. Anyhow Scheffler lost his lead so a load of players are within 4 shots. Have really enjoyed watching the PGA stuff recently on the evenings. Usually there are a couple of Europeans involved.

 

Hovland motoring again. 4 clear but Shaufefele doing well

 

Schauffele is playing some amazing stuff. Hovland unbelievable.....some great stuff. Enjoyable to watch but McGinley as a commentator really puts me off.

 

Totally agree. Not a fan of mcGinley at all.

Thoughts on the Ryder Cup selection. I was actually feeling we had a chance against the Yanks then I saw his picks. really not sure about Adberg and don't think McIntyre is playing well. I really thought Meronk should have been given a spot. But what do I know....here's hoping for a Europe win.always a great weekend

 

I think both teams are equally matched. Meronks non selection and Lowrys selection are very strange. Meronk should be going on form alone. Lowrys form is debatable. (i.e. ****e)

Mcintyre automatically qualified so deserves his spot. Europe win by 6 points (no bet will be placed on that)

I think Lowry is a better big game player. I don’t see Meronk coping with the Ryder cup. Good to see Shane getting his putter going again at the Irish open. No idea wtf Rory was trying to do on day 4 though. He can leave that form behind

I think the teams are quite balanced. Way more than I would have said 6months ago when I thought we’d get rinsed
