This is an interesting take on the nurse that just got life sentence for murdering babies (allegedly) now we have seen recently someone wrongly sentenced and freed after 17 years …..seems the authorities knew the dna didn’t match a year into his sentence but to save thy arses they left an innocent man in jail anyways I know the media have nailed her on thy cross but maybe it’s not so clean cut as they made it out https://unitynewsnetwork.co.uk/nurse-lucy-letby-premature-baby-murders-or-miscarriage-of-justice/

I think euthanasia for the terminally ill should be legalised but you can’t just go about selling suicide pills on the internet.
The problem I would have with it, if you are selling something that causes death to oneself, it can also be used to cause death to another. So it's like giving a nutter a loaded gun - now while the loaded gun is easily obtainable in America (don't know about Canada) it is not in the UK.
People will do what they gotta do if the help isn’t available in your country…… As long as the decisions are made by the individual who wants assisted death or next of kin then I see no problem there……it’s when the decision is in the wrong hands it becomes a problem and starts to test the laws brought in after the Nuremberg trials which are to protect individual rights
Tbh guns are freely available dude it just depends on how much you wanna spend for the levels of quality
Canada has almost as many guns per person as the US but far less gun crime. I don't think they allow automatics like the US, most of their guns are hunting style guns. If you're going to murder someone, you're most likely going to do with it with a concealable handgun; if you're going to shoot up a school you'll use an automatic or semi automatic to up your body count. Canada with mainly hunting rifles and shotguns sees far less gun crime. Both can be used to kill people but not really a murder weapon of choice.
FYI... I know it's a bit of a tangent but, I was curious, so I googled what type of weapons are used for homicide in US. Rifles make up only 2.7% of homicides. Shotguns 1.4% Although both those numbers could be higher because a whopping 23% is unknown firearm. Handguns however make up 46% of all homicides (and if you assume they make up a large portion of that 23% unknown, means they're probably well over 50%) It makes sense... If you're a jealous wife catching your husband red handed in an affair, you're more likely to have a pistol in your purse than a shotgun. Or if you're a gang member on the street, you're not going to have a rifle hidden in your waistline. Shotguns are great for shoot rodents. Rifles are great for hunting deer. The only thing pistols and revolvers are intended to shoot is people.
