You should always do an ew acca with a Yankee/Lucky15. I would have done £2ew and so it would have been the straight £15. If all 4 win your pay out more than doubles or at times I’ve had no winners but all 4 have been placed and I’ve walked away with a couple hundred from that.
Okay mate, thanks. So see if my bank insurance covers me for everything anyway, apart from my medical conditions?
That's it Saf, it will normally be a bank account that you pay a monthly contribution to and it gives you customer benefits in return. When I did it, they will insure for everything accept existing conditions, thus it gives you a certificate just to get you over the line, but obviously like me, you accept the risks that go with that - might be a better option than travelling with nowt.
Very much ... I like a Lucky 63 e.w ... always look for bookies offering 'extra places' for this ... had all 6 placed a few times ... get a pretty good return ...
Yeah, Ive got some sort of policy like that. I pay about 6 or 7 quid a month with one of my bank accounts and I wouldn’t have thought about checking to see if I could get any benefits from that to help me. Just one of them things you forget about after so long. Nice one mate, thank you.
Doing my horses now. Going to do a £1 lucky 15 and a £2.50 ew acca to make it a £20 bet. First race and the last 3 races at York are paying the xtra places so I’m choosing them. First race I’m going for Equilateral… This is a noticeable step down in class and usually runs against horses above this level. Downside is it’s now 8 years old.
Separate bet on Hougoumont at Carlisle. Second running after wind surgery is always the best time to back a horse and takes a step down in class today.
Pinched this from Rooch on the Sunderland board. Have you ever thought about this? In 100 years time in 2123 we will all be buried with our relatives and friends. Strangers will live in our homes we fought so hard to build, and they will own everything we have today. All our possessions will be unknown and unborn, including the car we spent a fortune on, and will probably be scrap, preferably in the hands of an unknown collector. Our descendants will hardly or hardly know who we were, nor will they remember us. How many of us know our grandfather's father? After we die, we will be remembered for a few more years, then we are just a portrait on someone's bookshelf, and a few years later our history, photos and deeds disappear in history's oblivion. We won't even be memories. If we paused one day to analyze these questions, perhaps we would understand how ignorant and weak the dream to achieve it all was. If we could only think about this, surely our approaches, our thoughts would change, we would be different people. Always having more, no time for what's really valuable in this life. I'd change all this to live and enjoy the walks I've never taken, these hugs I didn't give, these kisses for our children and our loved ones, these jokes we didn't have time for. Those would certainly be the most beautiful moments to remember, after all they would fill our lives with joy. And we waste it day after day with greed, greed and intolerance.
spot on that……human conscience is more important than the world created by financial institution’s that created this side show bob movie of material items are important and your neighbour shouldn’t be trusted Icke has been talking about this for years but he’s mad of course well he would be giving an alternative version of all that possible without the current blueprint laid out for us by Rothschild and co
Yeah I've seen something similar to that before Saf, thoughts like that have crossed my mind, as another example, it's like with education, imagine all that knowledge that is lost once someone dies, knowledge they may have spent years or even decades learning, lost, but it serves a purpose in keeping that person going, giving a meaning to life, education they might get to use in a constructive way while alive. If you really want to look at what I see as an extreme to that, then google 'grandfather paradox' it's where a person travels back in time to kill their grandfather, to avoid the shhite life they may have endured. Sort of like an interesting (I copied this bit >>>) hypothetical logical problem that could arise if a being travels back to a particular time in the past. I've come across stuff like this when researching space science stuff.
I’ve said before the education system is used for the systems benefits only and not intended for an independent life free from corporate control. Our education system consists of read and repeat which takes away free thoughts and opinions which are usually laughed at or classed as disruptive by said teacher taking class It’s nowt but control of perceptions driven into minds at a very young age…..we could do so much better for our future than be on this ride at the one percentage amusement park
I wasn't referring to the education 'system', I was referring to the education of life and wisdom and any independent education you give yourself, during that life.
