Next up, is a home fixture against QPR who last time out lost at home to Ipswich 0-1 whilst we won away 1-2 at Plymouth.
Hopefully after 7 weeks (felt like it) of food poisoning Flynn finally had his medical and is now a saints player for the season.
He should at least make the bench if not start.
    2-0 saints.

Warning ⚠️: for those hoping to attend the QPR game next Saturday - there is likely to be train strikes "
    Saturday 26 August
We are still confirming our services for this date, however:

A significantly reduced service will run on a limited number of lines.

Large parts of our network will be closed. Trains will only run between the hours of 0700 and 1900.

    Customers should:

•Only travel if their journeys are absolutely necessary
•Check their journeys using a journey planner from Monday 21 August
•Check their entire journeys as other train operators will be affected"

Potential team assuming no further injuries, no outgoing transfers far enough along to see the player left out of the squad and assuming Charly is back but Smallbone still out :

    Bazunu

    KWP
    Stephens
    Bednarek
    Manning

    Charles

    Alcaraz
    Adam Armstrong

    Tella
    Adams
    Edozie

    Bench:
    Lumley
    Bree
    Lyanco
    Perraud
    Downes
    Stu Armstrong
    SAA
Two from: Mara / Ballard / Doyle

I reckon we may find it is Edozie who makes way.

Armstrong on the right, Tella on the left. Downes straight in for Stu. That said, I think the manager has a real headache here. Lots of positive competition and I can see him wanting to stick with Stu.

    I would go:

    Baz
    KWP Stephens Bednarek Manning
    Charles Downes Charly
    Tella Armstrong Edozie

I'm assuming Che will no longer be here by Saturday.

The stars have clearly aligned - just bought the last two tickets available in the Northam.

I suspect that means... checks Runes... checks Tarot Cards... checks Mystic Meg (oh, hang on she's dead; she didn't see that coming)…

    Yes, we'll ****ing smash 'em.

Che looks like he is on the way out, but who knows with Everton, but you’d expect us to be preparing as if he is not.
Could this be the break Ballard needs

Although he's been playing AA on the left and NT on right
I'd say he likes them to come inside, but I'm not sure which is Nathan's best foot really

The best game of football I ever saw was a one all draw with QPR at the Dell. Among QPRs players that day were Phil Parkes, Rodney Marsh. Leighton James, Stan Bowles, Gerry Francis, and now I'm struggling to remember the others.

I'm hoping that Richie carries on his unbeaten run for a few more weeks yet.

Great team, Dave Thomas and Don Givens would've been there I expect.

Runners up in the league in '76 I believe. In fact they were the oppo for Mick Channon's testimonial two days after we won the cup, The old ground was jam packed that night...
