Forest didn't think much of O'Brien last season. They had so many players, they couldn't register him. He was allowed to join an MLS team in March.

    Latest from Spain...

Light breakfast this morning cos Emu Junior slept in. Just a cheese and onion omelette with some sliced potatoes and peppers. More orange and grapefruit too. Loads of coffee.

A warm 35C today so we had a day for Mrs Emu. Taxi to the local shopping plaza. Air conditioned throughout enough for me to try the chilli burrito for lunch whilst Mrs Emu went handbag shopping. Got myself a new running cap and some boxer shorts along the way. Junior got a Chcago Bulls shirt.

Walked 5 minutes down to the aquarium. 50 ****ing Euros for a 20 minute walk around. Stroked a stingray and enquired about getting in a cage with the sharks but they weren't doing it today so we came back.

Back on me sunbed now. Brolly not up. Soaking up the sun for the last couple of hours now. Wondering what to have for tea?

Hope the weather is hot over there. I've not been keeping tabs.

    Regards,

Roquetas de Mar. Just round the corner from Almeria.

It's nice, relaxed. Mainly Spanish and a few French. Not too many English which is nice. My Spanish isn't great but I seem to be getting what I want so everything is good. I'm did French, German and Latin at school and I just switch between the lot of them until I am understood. Lol.

    Where are you?

So nothings changed with him. No resources of his own to push club forward. Familiar story

Sorry to interupt your travelogue fellas, but talking of foreign climes, what's happened to that Aussie poster of yours Eric the Turd?

Dear god just swallow me up I had such a buzz when the season was about to start now I feel numb like I did in the Cellino days not saying it is like that but my god it feels like it. no interaction from the club with the fans. Players leaving like the plague and players not wanting to play. I really wasn't expecting this coming into the international/transfer window break. There's no urgency with anything I know it's not easy but we are losing ground everyday in what should of been 9 points on the board every team we've played have been horrific. Wednesday tomorrow and still no sign of nothing. Pathetic excuses it's like we have waited till the last minute and threw everything up in the air and waited to see where it fell. I so want to be positive but how can I? how could we be in a situation like this this. you end the season get everyone back it's easy as having a door saying I want to play for Leeds and a door I don't want to play for Leeds make them walk through one then plan your season ahead. seems like we have nailed the door shut and opened it as the season started. We going to be about 10-15 points behind the leaders before we even sort this shyte out then everyone has to gel together what a feckin mess we are in and still to this day nothing has changed absolute mindboggling.
