It's very ***-packety, but Fire are about 15 runs behind us. So they're welcome to win by one or two runs tomorrow (but a defeat would still be better), but we could do without them winning by, say, 30 runs and so giving us something extra to think about when trying to beat Originals.
I'm not sure we'll have 11 fit players come the knockout stages at this rate. Gubbins misses his 2nd match in a row, which is a worry and now apparently Currie is missing due to injury. I hope Kevan James can update us all on commentary about the chances of them playing the following games in this comp. If we make it through to the final I guess we'll be forced to call up the reserves like Vince and Dawson, give them a chance to show what they can do
I missed the start of what he said, but heard that Currie has a foot injury, hopefully not too serious
Don't think there's any chance of us overtaking Leics now. Even if we do win we'd have to chase a very big 300+ total down in about 35 overs probably, with the side being a batter light!
Target 326, I think too much to do, with the absent players, no harm in hoping! (It's the hope that cures!)
80 required. Donald is breathing class on this. Well supported by Brown. The game changed once Bell-Drummond went.
Could be a good thing then if Gloucs can overtake Worcs, so as to give us an extra 48 hours until our QF. Extra time to get players fit and/or back from the 100.
On the commentary, Kevan James is saying that no-one wants to play on Sunday, as it's in the middle of the Bank Holiday weekend.
My live stream keeps stopping (buffering), it's so annoying, but probably just as well the way Hampshire are falling in a heap getting over the line here
