you dont know what suarez has said though do you this is the point, you have diddly squat idea what he said same as me, but the facts are the fa after 4 weeks have deemed they have surficcient evidence to charge suarez, he is innocent till proven guilty too i dont dispute that but suarez says he said one thing, evra says he said another, you side with suarez because he is a liverpool player, here is a thought side with no-one till YOU know the facts.
i do that alot so il just say sorry im a little hot headed, and i wrongfully group comments together, t was ment in as much terms to alot of comments rather than specifically yours.
That is a very simplistic view of the law as it stands in the UK. Firstly you must note that Suarez has not been charged under UK law. The difference between Evra/Suarez and Terry/Ferdinand is that Terry is being investigated by the police for a possible breach of UK law. Suarez on the other hand is charged with breaking FA rules. There is a major difference.
If Suarez says he said one thing and Evra say's he said something else what are the facts? I think the only option is to make you're own mind up on this as you have to side with one or the other, in most part that will be LFC fans with Suarez and most MUFC fans with Evra. Its a shame that it has come down to this but IMO it is the inevitable consequence of not having a rational discusion about what racism is and how it can be stopped.
timmy5 the facts are what ever the FA have found to deem is warrants a charge on suarez, those will come out in due course, you dont let slip the evidence during trial so to speak as it can throw the case out. hence why they were told not to dicuss the investigation, which united have not liverpool seem to comment on it daily.
If your so against discussion on the matter then explain you're user name? or are you just another tedious WUM!
timmy, note that his username consists of one of 2 players that stand accused of racism, then consider its the 'foreigner' thats getting the brunt of his bile and not the Englishman. Hes obviously an anti Uruguayan wum.
Notice the ? after the name that normally means im asking a question, and secondly i am not involved in official procedings of the case so i can say what i like it wont impact on the case.
page, not at all, i have made other comments today stating that ANY KIND OF RACISM is unacceptable be it suarez, terry or whoever, i have aslo stated that both plyers should they be found guilty, should be like the slogan says, kick racism out of football, they should be revoked from ever playing/coaching under the FA for life.
Is John Terry a racist for blatantly saying "your a bl** c**t " to Anton Ferdinand as tv pictures clearly show? If yes try balancing that with the fact that you have no evidence that Suarez spoke to Evra in a racist manner,do you?
So your asking the question and inviting the discussion that you clearly want to have, but then telling everyone else that they shouldn't have an opinion until the outcome of the trial. I think its you that has already made up your mind on this case probably due to your afilation with MU in which case you're just as prejudice as many of the real racists out there!
Wether i have evidence or not is a mute point, i am not conducting the investigation, the fa by charging him clearly believe they do have evidence so lets wait and see what comes from it, i was away for the terry incident in cyprus and when i got back the video had been blurred, if he has said that then action needs to be takem but the fact is that investigation is still ongoing, suarezx has now been charged, terry hasnt as yet.
yea ok because ive not said he is innocent or guilty, thats the fact so you come up with that assumption not me, and throw in a united affiliation too classic, what do you base that on? for all u know i could support city. baseless assumptions is my point, and you just walked right into that thanks pal. you made me smile.
ok if its so clear please show me my case and investigation go on. its so clear it shoud be a doddle, compile all my comments paste them in here and then you tell me what conclusion i have come to, the only one is that IF anyone is found guilty of racism they should stick to the campaign motto, kick it out of football. that is all.
You're right i feel SO stupid now! what a cleverly constructed trap you made for me! remind me never to pit my wits against those on th MU board ever again there obviously too clever for me! or should that be too deluded?
I think it's been established on another similar thread that this sad excuse for a 'human being' is, in fact, lettuce/arabian ex-pat
