Well the ignorant **** has put his foot in it again.

He's done an interview with CNN & basically has denied racism exists in football apart from the odd incident & players should realize that they are in a game.

Anyone who experiences abuse on the pitch should get over it & shake hands with the bloke who did it.

This **** is accountable to no one & a total twat.

No wonder the game is the way it is.

Who's gonna boot him out though?

    He's at the top.

BTW, according to the radio, the FA have charged Suarez with making racist remarks.

    Bad timing Sepp.

This sums up how much of a twat he is. If he said this 6 weeks ago people might have thought "Yeah it has been stamped out alot minus the odd chant" Now after at least 4 cases that I know of in the last month of racism from players or fans at other players then it just shows how much of a fool this bloke is.

Isn't he the same bloke who said women should play in tight shorts to boost the appeal of women's football? So he's in denial over racism, has made sexist remarks as well as being "accused" of corruption, how the hell does he not feel dead inside considering he's taking home millions of pounds in wages!

The reason I posted it is because of the things I saw in the 70's & 80's.

Chucking bananas on the pitch, monkey chants, the National Front handing out leaflets outside the ground.

I am sorry but I have to say it but words like wog, ******, coon, etc, etc were common place back then & no one batted an eyelid.

Not the stewards, not the police, not the FA, it was regarded as acceptable. I was ashamed once in 1986 when I took some army mates to Roker Park. We played Arsenal & their black players got dogs abuse. Two black lads were in my company & I could not apologise enough, although tbf, the lads said I had nowt to apologise about as it was not me that said it.

I know it went on at SJP as well as Gary Bennet & Agboola got it there.

Over the last 20 to 30 years I thought we had left all that stuff behind. Obviously not, even though there's been some great work done to eradicate it from the game.

Blatters comments have undone a lot of it imo.

You only have to see how people from the Balkans & the former Soviet states view it to know it's very much alive & kicking.

When Russia were awarded the world cup some jounolist asked their sports minister about the racism in Russia, he replied that it would be good for Russia to host the world cup as many Russians have never seen a black man.

And Blatter wonders why we think he's corrupt.

How long did FIFA take to count the big bag of Roubles?

Of course it exists, and probably always will.

It's alive on the pitch and in the stands, (maybe it's watered down to what it used to be).

Typical Blatter, burying his head in the sand.

I was misunderstood claims Blatter - BULL S***:headbang:

"My comments have been misunderstood. What I wanted to express is that, as football players, during a match, you have 'battles' with your opponents, and sometimes things are done which are wrong.

"But, normally, at the end of the match, you apologise to your opponent if you had a confrontation during the match, you shake hands, and when the game is over, it is over." ......

Blatter's comments provoked immediate reaction, with England and Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand tweeting: "Tell me I have just read Sepp Blatter's comments on racism in football wrong....if not then I am astonished."

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 live, former Tottenham Hotspur striker Garth Crooks was equally critical of Blatter's remarks.

"Clearly Sepp Blatter is a man who's never suffered from racism," he said. "I'm shocked and somewhat dismayed."

Piara Powar, executive director of the Football Against Racism in Europe network, also condemned Blatter's comments.

"You just don't expect the world leader of football to be coming out with comments that seem ill-thought-out, [and] insensitive," he said.

"To say that something as serious as racial abuse between players can be settled with a handshake is incorrect and not the sort of thing footballers at an amateur level, at a pro level - at any level - will want to hear from football's leader."

The remarks from the Fifa president, who has led football's world governing body since 1998 and was re-elected this year, come on the same day as Liverpool striker Luis Suarez was charged by the FA for alleged racist comments towards Manchester United's Patrice Evra.

The accusation is denied by the Uruguayan and his club say he will plead not guilty to the FA charge.

England and Chelsea captain John Terry is also facing FA and police investigations following allegations that he used a racist slur towards QPR defender Anton Ferdinand in a match at Loftus Road in October. He denies the claim.

In further breaking news the CNN report that the misunderstanding was allegedly caused by "no one being able to understand a thing the German C*** says".

All the FA's around the world, or at least europe should threaten to pull out of FIFA unless he's got rid off, put FIFA as a whole on the spot

FIFA is the embodiment of its leader.

Old fashioned, greedy, totally corrupt, out of touch and not representative of the game it supposedly represents globally.

Blatter is simply a complete prick.

This. FIFA is about as accountable as the Stalinist Soviet State.

We all saw what he did at the last election. He got rid of his rivals one by one until there was only one name on the paper.

Simply put, the pussy is a twat.

Sadly he's pretty much teflon coated and seemingly well liked by many of the FAs around the world. I suspect this will not make much of an impact beyond the UK where we seem to be far more unwilling to abide his bile and corruption.

Mind you - I'm not even sure our FA will do much about it. Probably F.A. in fact.

Was the suarez incident before the Terry incident ?, or is is that Terry is from yet another 'untouchable' London team.

Well, this rumbles on today eh?

Gus Poyet has now got in on the act & said that words like negro & ****** are very much acceptable in south America & that English people should learn to accept foreigners cultures when the come to the UK.

This was said in defense of his countryman Louis Saurez, who spent several years in one of the most liberal cities in the world, Amsterdam.

Well exfuckingcuse me Gus but ANYBODY coming here to work then they should learn to accept OUR customs & practices or **** off back to Uraguay.

I am absolutely astonished that we are the only country that seems to be upset over this tbh.
