There's nothing wrong with talking, admitting weakness, asking for help. Nothing wrong at all and no shame in it either. Too many people bottle it up and end up suffering. It's 2023 and no one should be ashamed to ask for help
Can I also add that if any time anyone wants to vent, is in a bad place or just wants to talk then message me.
