I know Trent had some standout performances last year in midfield but I also can’t stand to see him there. All it takes is one half decent manager to just simply put a man on Trent and he’s out the game.

Trent with time and space can hurt any team in the world. He would have far more of it if he sticks to the Rb role.

I once commented on here that Trent is the best passer of the ball from anywhere on the right of the field since Beckham and got absolutely slated for it as if it was a slur on the lad.

Just seen the two tackles from Newcastle players that were similar to Mac’s. One studs into the back of the calf then ones into the side of the shin just above the ankle.

Wouldn’t say they were any different really. Macs was a tough higher only because the ball was bouncing but the first Newcastle was much more sinister given it was the back of the calf so no where near the ball.

nobody at all has twigged the fact that there was no real force in macallisters and both players legs were off the deck so in reality it was nowhere near an actual dangerous lunge.

Bent leg. No follow through. Ticks all the boxes for not a red.

Normally they talk about speed and intensity and had neither of those 2 things

Just amazing when you compare that to the Mings ‘tackle’ on Gakpo where rakes his studs down his chest and was only a yellow.

and Jotas studs to the head of whatever Spurs player it was cos i'm ****ed if i can remember .who it was <laugh>

I just look at the Bournmouth players reaction to the tackle and not one seemed to think it was anything more than just a foul .

do people not understand that he wants everyone to sing for the team not him.

its actually quite interesting that people really don't get klopp after all this time.

    sing for the club
    sing for the players
    sing for the team

don't sing for one man who doesn't want to be seen above the team or separate to the team.

He actually did a lot more than I remember which is a good sign, positionally aware as you’d expect and can take a ball and get things moving well too

for me people jumping to slaughter the player like keys and gray on their blood money channel are just pricks who would liked to have slaughter the player without even kicking a ball

you cannot come on in 2 days at 10men and expect perfection.

The first chapter in the Chronicles of Legendo.

Looks willing enough. Looks like he'll need to get used to the speed of the PL though.
