I do agree but Longstaff just lacks intelligence. He passed twice to Miggy when a ****ing spaceman could see he was a mile offshite. Just thick.
Well it was a litmus test against one of the very best and the score was 1-0. It’s not the picture of the match. We had no chances. What little we did have was wasted by not good enough players like Almiron. We have a long way to go.
Too many expecting too much far to soon. We didn’t play well but we didn’t play badly. For those who think we did the score was 1-0. Tonight was a disappointing result but that was the hardest game of the season. We will improve players over time but again some want everything overnight and ignore FFP. We aren’t going to buy a new starting eleven in under two years.
Have to say you seem obsessed with Miggy. Bruno messed up a good shooting chance in a similar position they scored from and Wilson cocked up on a break with a bad touch when a pass actually to Almiron would have had him clear.
Which is irrelevant, passing twice to a player offside against any team is poor, keeping on a player who is playing **** and also exhausted is poor regardless of the quality of the opposition. There are justified criticisms and concerns to be taken from that performance that shouldn't just be ignored because it was Man City.

Because he was ****ing rubbish. Loose passes, mindless runs to drive fatigue, obvious checking back, etc. He was dreadful. I don’t rate Wilson and Bruno has been outstanding for a loooong time so gets a break.
